Horeb, Monona, Sun Prairie, Prairie du Sac, Sauk City, Boscobel, Reedsburg, Waupan, Hillsboro, Wonewoc, La Crosse, Eau Claire, Eagle River, DePere, Green Bay, Ashwaubenon, Janesville, Beloit, Milwaukee, Ashland, South Beloit, Kaukauna, Delevan, West Baraboo, Madison, Racine, Fontana, West Allis, Black River Falls, Spring Green.
The following cities have NEV ordinances under consideration:
Watertown, Oconomowoc, Milton, River Falls, Menomonie, Pardeeville, Union Grove, Manitowoc, Stevens Point, Marshfield, Albany.
